Executive Director

John-Nicholson is a dual-qualified attorney with over 30 years of experience, licensed to practice in both the United States and Guyana, with a focus on structuring, negotiating, and closing complex corporate and commercial transactions. She provides strategic legal oversight for investment transactions, including deal structuring, risk mitigation, and execution.

Bringing 30+ years of experience in international business consulting management, Dagher has become a key executive for providing guidance, direction, leadership, and business expansion strategies to firms vying to capitalize on the unique and exploding oil market in Latin America. Dagher has also become a leading resource for political lobbying given his in-depth understanding and relationships within the political arena in the Caribbean, Bolivia, Colombia, and Suriname.

President

An expert in energy management and security, Nicholson offers 25+ years experience in executive security services and insight as a member of the Board of Directors for the largest energy provider in the northeast of the United States, Eversource. Along with his expertise, Nicholson brings an extensive network of contacts to maximize the efficiencies of our projects for our investors and partners .
